I read every intake personally before the first line of code gets written. What you put into this document becomes the spine of your website, your voice, your offers, your ads, your SEO, and every automated system we wire around your company.
Every field is required. The easy ones and the hard ones both matter. If a question genuinely does not apply to you, type the words exactly: not applicable. Do not skip. Do not guess. Do not skim.
Slow down. Write as the version of yourself who already runs the company you are trying to build. When you hit submit, the build begins — and there is no going back to fix the blanks later. Lazy answers produce lazy companies.
