All services, invoices, and payments under the Coyne Labs brand are transacted through and contracted with Coyne Commercial Group, LLC. References to "we", "our", "us", or "Coyne Labs" in these Terms refer to Coyne Commercial Group, LLC.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Coyne Commercial Group, LLC (operating as Coyne Labs). By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Build fees are one-time and non-refundable once project work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, build fees are refundable in full. Monthly retainers may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial months are prorated if work is paused at the client's written request before mid-month. All refund or billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge by emailing james@coynelabs.com or calling (321) 501-6718.
