I am Catholic, raised in a big Florida family, and I make an annual silent retreat at Manresa House in Louisiana with my father and brothers. The oak at the end of that corridor is why the Coyne Labs logo is an oak tree. Faith is not a brand attribute. It is what keeps the discipline honest when business pressure wants to cut corners.

My wife Savannah is the sharpest mirror I have. High emotional intelligence. Cutthroat honesty when I need it. She re-centers me when fear or money pressure starts to pull me sideways.

We are expecting our first son, Liam James Coyne, in September 2026. Every system I am building from this point forward is built for him, and for the family we plan to raise behind him.

My parents modeled the long game. Dad left a steady W-2 at the Space Center to start his own practice at Raymond James. Mom grew a consultancy that now serves colleges nationwide. Faith first. Sacrifice first. Work the plan until the plan works. That is the standard I inherited, and the one I am passing down.

Fifteen years of consistent training, four to five days a week. Carnivore and keto as the default. Intermittent fasting most days, sixteen hours or more. Extended fasts of twenty-four to forty-eight hours, regularly.

I train fasted, before work, every morning. Not because it is trendy. Because it is the anchor the rest of the day hangs on. Health is non-negotiable. It was the first transformation I made as an adult, and it is the one every other discipline rests on.

I read Matthew Kelly when I want to go deeper in faith. Jim Rohn when I want to tighten how I think. Alex Hormozi when I need to sharpen the business. I take what works. I throw out the rest.

The goal is not to know more. The goal is to become more. A shipped B+ beats an unshipped A. Finish what is started before starting anything new. Stack the days, and the years take care of themselves.
