Coyne Labs is opening a small, defined number of founder-beta client seats. This is a one-time window — the pricing and terms described here will not be offered again after the beta seats fill.

What the founder beta is

A limited number of Florida local service businesses selected to join Coyne Labs at reduced pricing and expanded access in exchange for case study permission, public results sharing, and active collaboration on the playbook refinement.

Who the founder beta is for

Founder beta clients need to meet a specific profile:

  • Florida-based local service business (home services, medical, legal, professional services, luxury trades)
  • Currently doing $1M-$10M in annual revenue
  • Existing customer base and operational capacity to handle lead growth
  • Willingness to be a public case study (company name visible, results visible, founder willing to give a short video testimonial at month 6 and month 12)
  • Willingness to be contacted by future prospects for reference calls

If those criteria fit, the founder beta offers extraordinary value. If they do not, the standard retainer is still a strong engagement — just without the beta benefits.

What founder beta clients get

Reduced monthly retainer. Founder beta clients lock in pricing approximately 30% below standard retainer rates for the first 12 months.

Guaranteed founder attention. Every founder beta client gets direct monthly strategy sessions with James for the first 12 months.

Priority build sequence. Founder beta engagements move to the front of the build queue. Standard engagements can take 4-8 weeks to begin. Founder beta builds begin within 2 weeks of signing.

Pilot access to new services. As Coyne Labs develops new services (AI-assisted content, advanced retargeting, custom reporting tools), founder beta clients get access first at no additional cost.

Extended results reporting. Founder beta clients receive quarterly comprehensive reports beyond the standard monthly Growth Report.

What founder beta clients commit to

Case study permission. Company name, industry, market, and results can be published in Coyne Labs marketing (with reasonable review rights on specific wording).

Reference availability. Willingness to take 2-4 short reference calls per year from prospective Coyne Labs clients.

Testimonial content. One video testimonial (5-10 minutes) at month 6 and month 12.

Collaborative feedback. Quarterly feedback sessions on what is working, what is not, and what the playbook should adjust.

Why we are doing this

Coyne Labs is a young firm. The playbook we run is battle-tested at Coyne Commercial Group and refined through early client work, but it gets stronger every time a new client runs it. The founder beta seats let us amplify that refinement loop while building public case studies that reduce friction for future sales conversations.

When the beta closes

The beta seats are capped. Once filled, standard retainer pricing applies to all new clients. We expect the seats to fill in the next 60-90 days based on current waitlist interest.
