The Coyne Labs guarantee, in plain English
Agency guarantees are usually one of two things: marketing language that does not mean anything ("we guarantee results!"), or lawyer-written terms that give the client almost no real protection. Neither is useful.
Here is what Coyne Labs actually commits to, in plain English.
The 90-day milestone
In the first 90 days, we commit to delivering:
- —A rebuilt or redesigned site (if the engagement includes a build) that passes Core Web Vitals, loads in under 2 seconds, and ranks on Google for the core service keywords by the end of month 3
- —A content publishing cadence of 2-4 posts per week, started by day 30 and sustained through day 90
- —A fully optimized Google Business Profile with weekly posting, monthly photo additions, and 90%+ review response rate
- —A documented lead capture stack with all integrations verified working
- —A monthly Growth Report starting in month 2
If any of those milestones is not met by the end of month 3, we credit the client one month of retainer.
The 12-month outcome
In the first 12 months, we commit to:
- —A measurable increase in organic traffic (typically 2-5x)
- —A measurable increase in qualified leads (typically 2-4x)
- —An improvement in review base (typically 3-10x depending on starting point)
- —A content library of 100-200 pieces by month 12
If the program has not moved these metrics by the end of month 12, we work free until they do.
The ownership guarantee
At any point after month 6, the client can request a full handoff of everything: codebase, content, accounts, data. We transfer it cleanly within 30 days. No lock-in clauses. No data hostage. No recovery fees.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee specific revenue numbers, specific dollar amounts, or specific close rates. Those depend on factors outside our control — the sales team, the close process, the operations capacity, and market conditions.
We guarantee the top-of-funnel and the infrastructure. The client's business guarantees the bottom-of-funnel.
What the guarantee costs us
Roughly once every 18-24 months, a client hits the 90-day milestone check and we owe a month of retainer. Roughly once every 3-5 years, a client hits the 12-month check and we work free for a stretch.
Both have happened. Both will happen again. The guarantee is not a marketing line — it is a real financial commitment that shapes how we pace client work.
Why we can offer it
Because the playbook works. Because we cap at 40 clients and over-invest in each one. Because the founder is personally involved. Because the incentives are aligned.
Any agency that cannot offer a real guarantee either does not trust their own system or is running on margins that cannot absorb misses. We can afford to guarantee because the work is good.
